Using This Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or disable it.
Bookings, Sessions and Cancellations
Dog Lounge sessions are booked through our reservation system and are subject to availability. Session times, guest limits and pricing are shown at the time of booking and may change.
Please arrive fifteen minutes before your session so you have time to check in and settle. Arriving late may shorten your session, as we cannot extend into the following booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can so we can offer the space to someone else.
Visiting the Dog Lounge
For the safety and comfort of our guests and our dogs, the following apply to every visit:
- Guests must be 6 years or older to enter the Dog Lounge, and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
- Outside dogs are not permitted. The lounge is reserved for adoptable rescue dogs from our rescue partners.
- All guests must follow lounge guidelines and any instructions given by our team.
- Food and drinks purchased from our café are welcome in the lounge and must remain in covered containers.
- The dogs present vary from session to session and cannot be guaranteed.
We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, if their behaviour puts the dogs, other guests or our team at risk.
Paw Club Memberships
Paw Club memberships are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and benefits are intended for the registered member only. Lounge reservations are still required and remain subject to availability. Benefits apply during regular operating hours and may not apply to special events or private rentals. We may modify membership benefits, operating hours or policies as needed.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, the Wishful Paws name and logo, and the overall design — belongs to Wishful Paws Café & Dog Lounge or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
This website links to third-party sites and uses third-party services for bookings, payments and email. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free.
Interacting with animals carries inherent risk. You participate in Dog Lounge sessions voluntarily and at your own risk, and you may be asked to complete a liability waiver before your visit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishful Paws Café & Dog Lounge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your visit.
